Throughout their careers, Zach and Josh had experienced promises of leadership that were never provided. They experienced greedy, antiquated business models. They experienced insurance brokerages that were content using antiquated processes that left producers and clients alike in a state of frustration. As a result, they knew it was time for new leadership to help foster the talents of insurance professionals, leverage technology, and reimagine the way of doing insurance all together. It was time for a Modern Reign!

Zach Brown

CEO & Founder
Zach is a National Power Broker and visionary of Modern Reign. Being part of “under 40” award groups, Zach has always ignored age “requirements” to do things.
His is an amazing story of a kid who sold his belongings and drove a rental car across the country with a backpack to sleep on the southern California beach and fight his way into the insurance industry—now trying to redefine it.

Josh Diggs

Partner, Director of Claims
Josh is a National Claims Advocate Award winner and a father of three. His philanthropic nature, born from humble beginnings, has created an industry leader in customer service and claims advocacy. Josh’s charismatic yet aggressive approach to claims handling has made him a successful advocate in the industry.

The founding of Modern Reign Insurance Brokers was Zach and Josh's way of paying it forward after the many challenging experiences they faced in the insurance industry. They wanted to create a company that values treating people right, paying them what they deserve, nurturing autonomy, and mentoring their strengths. As a result of this new, principled business model, employees could be proud of their role and what they create for Modern Reign Insurance Brokers.
